START Senior Citizens Prom Senior Citizens Prom

The START students will host the annual Senior Citizens Prom on Friday, March 11 at 7:00 p.m. Tickets are free to senior citizens and are available at the Senior Center, Benson Center and Chamber of Commerce.

The band "Remember When" is the entertainment for the evening. There will be door prizes and a 50/50 pot with proceeds going to home delivered meals. For more details call the Chamber at 885-8166.

Promote Your Business to Visitors

As the weather warms up and more events start taking place, we'll be hosting a lot of visitors in our area. As often as possible, we try to provide goody bags with Clinton info to groups of visitors. This is a great opportunity for us to welcome guests and encourage them to return.
In the next couple of months our community will be hosting hundreds of people at cattledog trials, golf tournaments, the Golden Valley Bluegrass Jamboree and more! If your business has something to contribute (pens, keychains, coupons, etc.) call Megan at the Chamber, 660-885-8166.

Board Member & Elected Official Workshop

Brought to you by GCACC and KBRPC

The Greater Clinton Area Chamber of Commerce and Kaysinger Basin Regional Planning Commission are sponsoring a "Board Member & Elected Official Training Workshop" on April 12. The workshop will be held at the Clinton Elk's Lodge from 8:15am - 12:30pm. Topics include Board Member Roles & Responsibility, Sunshine Law, and Robert's Rules of Order.

The event is geared toward local board members, elected officials, and not-for-profits who work with the public on a regular basis and would like more information on these three topics. The workshop is free, but we ask that you please register with Jacqui Kendrick at 660.885.3393. Any other questions can be directed to Kaysinger Basin at 660.885.3393 or to Christa at the Chamber 660-885-8166. Download the flier here.

Cruise Night Sponsorship Available June Cruise Night

We would like to invite your business to be a sponsor of Cruise Nights in Downtown Clinton. You will receive recognition in all advertising and flyers during the month of your sponsorship. You will receive a great deal of exposure to a captive audience of car-lovers. Your name and logo (if provided) will be on all flyers we distribute.

We keep a database of approximately 450 proven attendees and mail them a reminder each month ten days before Cruise Night. Your name and logo will be on the postcard as sponsor for the evening.

Our sponsorship openings at this time are for one Gold Sponsor ($1000) and one Silver Sponsor ($500).  Please contact Diane at 885-8166 if you are interested in becoming a Cruise Night Sponsor.
