Personal note: I used to suffer from constipation, hemorrhoids that caused bleeding, bloating, gas, irregular bowel movements and everything associated with such like regular colds, fatigue and excess weight.  Now, my digestive track works like a well oiled machine, a clear highway, a train on schedule!  I've changed my diet & lifestyle, you may need to make some changes to yours.

Like the Metro, Subway or Train stations, even DC & NY Traffic can get backed up, so do our colons.  Congested or backed up sewer systems are no joke and need immediate attention.

-Helpful exercise:
Think about your last bowel movement where you really felt empty what time was that, record it and now think about when the next one was, how many hours did it take? Mine was a totally of 21 hours today. Track this daily!
