PLANT-BASED DIET?  WHAT IS IT? 
 
The diet incorporates a healthy balance of preferably organic fruits, vegetables, sprouts, seeds, nuts, algae, grasses, edible flowers, sea vegetables, grains and legumes.  The single most important nutrient is chlorophyll, which transforms sunlight into protein, starches and sugars. You see, sunlight makes the sugar that I eat, it's is not produced in a chemical. 

Chlorophyll molecules are almost identical to our bodies hemoglobin.  This means it is immediately assimilated (absorbed) upon consumption.  You may remember feeling hunger when trying a vegetarian or vegan diet for a while.  Well, the key is to eat plant-based food in it's natural state until you are satisfied and if your still hungry eat more.  Unfortunately, most people give up and head back to the Standard American Diet (SAD) which recommends meals that stick to your ribs-that's exactly what the food is doing-extra Cholesterol is sticking to the walls of your arteries causing Congestive Heart Failure, Diabetes, High Cholesterol and High Blood Pressure, Obesity, Depression and Fatigue. 
 
In order to have abundant health and vibrant longevity civilizations around the world have maintained the art of eating from the earth.  Eating plant-based and raw diets over the past 2500 years contributed to the great minds of the past like Buddha, Socrates, Leonardo da Vinci, Gandhi and Einstein.  The diet of early humans provided little starch, refined sugar and salt.

Plant based diets are a perfect fit for out teeth and bone structure as well.  Skeletal structures of ancient human remains reveal our dental structure has changed very little over millions of years.  The remains also indicate that our dental structure was designed to eat fruit, nuts, seeds and greens. 
 
The benefits of eating plant-based diets are increasing at the same rate as the diseases from an animal-based diet high in fat, cholesterol and protein.  Plant-based diets offer a reduction in constipation, acid reflux, cardiovascular disease, lowered risk of prostate, colon, breast, lung and stomach cancers, diabetes, obesity, and diseases related to the bone, kidney, eye and brain. 
 
Quality of life is sure to improve, increased energy, stamina, sexual vitality, strength, clarity of mind, you will look and feel younger and have more energy to maintain a healthy weight and lifestyle!
