Happy April!!

I absolutely love April.  I begin a new year, celebrating the last and planning for the new.  It's my mothers 60th Birthday today, Happy Birthday Mom!                                                 

I am a 8 year vegan, 4 year Raw Vegan, Certified Raw Vegan Chef, Vitamix Sales Representative, Wife, Mother and a Certified Holistic Health, Wellness & Nutrition Coach.  I am honored to share my story with you and to assist you, (your loved ones, friends & co-workers) to write a new chapter in your story! On an airplane we are instructed to put on our mask first before caring for others or even our children.

Consider your self care this weekend.  When was the last time you did something for yourself?

As I prepare to celebrate my birthday I'm considering putting myself first more often.

What would you like to do that you have not in a while?

How could you take better care of yourself?

Can you serve someone in need without expecting anything in return?
