MARCH NATIONAL NUTRITION MONTH? WHO KNEW?  


IF THE MONTH OF MARCH IS NATIONAL NUTRITION MONTH AND WE DID NOT KNOW ABOUT IT, HOW CAN WE CELEBRATE IT?

HERE ARE SOME TIPS TO MAKING THE MOST OF YOUR MARCH NUTRITIONALLY AND FOR THE REST OF YOUR LIFE:

1.  DON'T EAT HEALTHY ONLY IN MARCH, EVERY MONTH SHOULD BE ABOUT NUTRITION FOR OPTIMAL HEALTH!

2.  DON'T EAT ALONE, IT'S BETTER TO PACE YOURSELF WITH OTHERS AND ENJOY YOUR MEAL OVER NICE CONVERSATION.

3.  EAT ONLY WHEN YOU ARE HUNGRY AND ONLY UNTIL YOU ARE SATISFIED NOT FULL.

4.  DON'T SHARE YOUR BAD HABITS WITH YOUR CHILDREN.  IF YOU EAT A CANDY BAR, WHO SAYS YOU HAVE TO SHARE IT.  JUST SAY, "NO".  JUST LIKE YOU DO WITH ALCOHOL AND CIGARETTES.  IT'S BETTER THAT WAY.  OUR CHILDREN ARE SPONGES.

5.  EAT ON A SMALLER PLATE, EAT IN A SMALL BOWL IF YOU NEED TO, WAIT 15-20 MINUTES BEFORE YOU REFILL AND SEE HOW YOU FEEL.

6.  BE AN ARTIST AT MEAL TIME, IF YOU PLATE ISN'T BURSTING WITH THE COLORS OF THE RAINBOW YOUR EATING SLUDGE.  THIS LEADS TO CONSTIPATION, FATIGUE AND EVENTUALLY DEGENERATION (SICKNESS & DISEASE).

7.  REPEAT NUMBER 1.
