Make the best of the season!

It's cold, rainy, wet, dim, grey, you get the picture.  Nothing much to look forward to with these dreary days.  But, you can make everyday spectacular by preparing and enjoying delicious, healthy and very tasty meals!  When the weather is not so nice, use those shut-in days for raw food prep!  Here are some tasty ideas:

1.  Cut, chop, dice or shred vegetables for salads.
2.  Make hummus from sprouted chick peas (24 hour soak time with multiple rinses and water changes)
3.  Make a platter of vegetables for dippers
4.  If you have a dehydrator make flax chips, breads, dried fruits and vegetables for snacks as well.
5.  Make a pate to snack on during the week.
6.  Make a delicious nut cheese for your bread, crackers, chips or add a scoop to your salads.

Okay, so I did not get to my kids rooms last week, but I was gone the whole week.  What's stopping you from clearing the clutter in your space?
