HEALTH TIP
So, this health tip is just for you this week.  What are you struggling with that just won't seem to let up?  Here's what you do.  Write it down, make a list of three facts good or bad about the situation.  Now, silently see what you'd like to come of the situation.  Here is the hard part, Believe that you have it.  Now, release it and let it go and be present in the moment.  I love you, but God loves you more, he sees, he knows. 

By writing it down, you see it.
By seeing the good and the bad facts, you own up to it.
By having faith for the moment and peaking into the situation the way you'd have it turn out is walking by faith.
By believing, you give up the responsibility to make it happen, you only see the desired outcome.
Releasing it, means it no longer has a hold on you, you will get through this, just as you have done in the past.  Your not wasting the gift of now.

Try this and let me know how it goes.

Now, GO!  Eat something healthy so that we feed the best part of you, it's very important for you to think clearly.  Brain fog is real, it destroys your clarity.  Dairy products cause mucus, oil causes excess cholesterol to accumulate in your system.  Caffeine pulls calcium from your bones, who can think clearly with these types of issues going on at every meal.  Choose life!
