SACC Chicago YPC's Annual Wine Tasting!
Back by popular demand, this wine tasting is not your regular type of industry event! Rather, it's a fun evening with your newest friends in an intimate setting. Kevin Abercrombie, owner of Matilda & BabyATLAS, will yet again put on his entertaining and light-hearted presentation of carefully selected wines and home cooked appetizers.
Charge of $30 includes a very generous amount of wine paired with some of the most delicious appetizers (mmm, those slow roasted ribs are to die for!).
The tasting menu will be as follows:
2005 Camaraderie Tinquer (white blend) served with asiago cheese, candied walnut, and granny smith apple quesadillas
2004 White Heron Roussanne served with smoked-jalapeno caesar salad
2004 Killer Red Syrah served with bruschetta
2004 Kana Workingman's Red blend served with slow roasted pork shoulder and spicy barbecue sauce (sub with roasted mushrooms for vegetarians with advance notice)
2005 Camplazens Marselan served with a chocolate chip & raspberry wonton
