The best thing is to boost our immune system as much as possible.  This means creating a daily routine that includes eating fresh organic food, local honey & bee pollen, drinking pure bottled spring water, getting enough sleep, lowering stress, getting some sun & fresh air, not staying too long on the cell phone or in front of the television & computer. It's really important that we all get enough rest.....don't schedule too many activities. In other words, do all those important things that protect and nourish their life. We all need to take a close look at our everyday living to create optimum health.
