The first snow in our area has blanketed the southwest in sparkling white, but also holds promises of higher heating bills in our near future. There are many ways you can reduce your energy bills this winter while enjoying the weather outside AND keeping cozy indoors.
4CORE is ramping up the Insulate CO and Weatherization Programs, as well as promoting ways for you to support green power. Check out the sidebar at left and the information below for easy ways to reduce your energy bills as well as use renewable power to go green for this white winter!

Free Insulate CO Installer Training

installer and are not yet approved by the Governor's Energy Office to
provide services eligible for rebates for your customers, come to this training! Rebates are 20% of cost of
insulation, up to $300.

Weatherization Assistance
Does your house need "tightening up"?
4CORE is now weatherizing low-income households in Southwest CO. There is no cost to the homeowner for the weatherization audit and installing the measures recommended by the auditor. Measures may include insulation, upgrading appliances, or air sealing. To find out if you are eligible, go to our pre-qualification questionnaire. If you qualify, you will be linked to the application that you may download, fill out, and submit. Please contact us for more information. Households not meeting government program criteria must meet income criteria:
