Volunteer Party Save-the-Date!

Greetings!
Just a week ago, our efforts came together to host a fabulous event for 1209 participants plus families and fidos and strollers and walkers! The weather was kind, the volunteers were chipper, the canned food kept a piling, the tent was warm, the race route ready for foot traffic, the cupcakes a sweet treat, and all the efforts made by the team pulled off a record year.
So, to officially say "THANK YOU" we are hosting a Volunteer Party! Here's the scoop -- please save-the-date.

DATE: Wednesday, 12/15/2010
TIME: 5P - 7P
Light Apps plus a beer of your choice (root beer for the under 21).
It will be our time to Thank YOU, honor the Sponsors and present to the Beneficiaries. Please plan to join us.

Also still have 2 kid gloves, camera lens, set of car keys and sudoku book.
A women's black running glove was said to be turned in... anyone have it?
