April's SBA 504 rate is 5.6 percent for a 20-year fixed term and 4.4 percent for a 10-year fixed term. Both are "all-in rates" and include fees.
 
The SBA 504 funding structure is fairly simple: The borrower's bank lends 50 percent of the total project cost, SBA provides 40 percent and the borrower injects a 10 percent down payment. This loan structure ensures the financing flexibility to support the growing company's needs.

In 1975, Tom DeGrand established Pro Am, which sells golf equipment to the incentive and promotional product industries; clients include American Express, Sky Mall and Maritz. Pro Am also mainains a retail store and driving range at its south St. Louis County location.
