Celebrating our Clients' Successes
  
St. Louis Enterprise Centers has had a busy few months welcoming new clients, hosting exchange students from Tokyo and celebrating the many successes of our current and graduate companies. Congratulations to our clients for their continued growth:
 
Building WorksBuildingWorks Inc. received certification as a Women's Business Enterprise (WBE) through the State of Missouri, which is designated to companies that are at least 51 percent owned and controlled by one or more women.
 
Cloud Commerce, a software subscription delivery service firm, joined St. Louis Enterprise Centers - West County in July. (Our January edition will highlight the many more clients joining the Enterprise Centers in October/November.)
 
Dynalabs, LLC earned the #295 spot on Inc. 500 Magazine's fastest growing privately held companies list. They also ranked #28 in the health category and were #1 in St. Louis.

Gonzalez Companies, LLC, a graduate company, was honored with the 2009 Fast Track Award from the Missouri Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
 
State Treasurer Clint Zweifel visited St. Louis Enterprise Centers - Midtown to promote the low-interest loan program through the Missouri Linked Deposit Program. Enterprise Center client Milind Sant, Ph.D and CEO of LipoSpectrum is a borrower of the special loan program.

newpotNewPot Solutions, Inc., a St. Louis Entperise Centers - Wellston client, received a $750,000 U.S. Department of Transportation loan and $35,000 American Recovery Act loan from SBA to support its corporate initiatives.
 
Vega Transport, LLC welcomed a filming crew in early October for a taping to be aired on Bosnian television. The company also is in the process of building its own facility.
 
St. Louis Enterprise Centers - Midtown hosted students from Tokyo, Japan as a field trip component of coursework at University of Missouri - St. Louis. Students learned 
about business, marketing and operations plans.
Senator Bond Visits Enterprise Center
 
TechGuard PoliU.S. Senator Christopher "Kit" Bond recently visited St. Louis Enterprise Centers - West County for TechGuard Security's launch of PoliWall Q, a network security appliance.
 
"The recent attacks against our government networks underscore the very real threat of cyber terrorism," Bond said. "The innovative work being developed at TechGuard Security is vital to our defense against cyber attacks." Last year, Senator Bond supported $2 million for R&D of TechGuard's innovative cybersecurity solutions.
 
"The launch of the PoliWall Q will be a tremendous asset to our national defense networks, and we are especially proud to have such a high-caliber company like TechGuard housed in one of our St. Louis Enterprise Centers," said St. Louis County Executive Charlie A. Dooley.
