IPFW Alumni Association's 8th Annual
Palm Island Resort Getaway For six days in mid-February, close to 30 IPFW alumni and friends traveled to the Gulf shores of Florida to stay at one of the university's partners, Palm Island Resort. The weather was absolutely beautiful and we Hoosiers had plenty of time to spend by the pool and walking the beach collecting shells! On Sunday, more than 60 people gathered at the resort's clubhouse for our annual luncheon. The group included the travelers as well as IPFW alumni now living in the Sunshine State! We also enjoyed a nature walk on the beach with the resort's naturalist, a nature cruise which included being followed by some really playful dolphins, and a lobster dinner hosted by Chancellor and Mrs. Wartell. The trip is always filled with fun and we hope you can join us in 2013!
