A Process To Lead Your Business

The latest surveys show that small business owners are struggling with the same ongoing issues:
 
  • Is my marketing working, how do I grow?
  • Is the company going to be valuable enough to allow me to retire?
  • There is not enough time, I'm too busy and company relies on me too much.
  • Do I have the right people or am I just not leading them properly?
  • Are we keeping up with technology?
 
Do you share these issues, these fears with the majority of your peers?
 
The common thread I have found in working with small business owners is the same issue I saw and experienced in the three corporations where I worked for over 30 years:
 
The inability to Follow Through, Implement and Execute ideas and processes that would, in fact, improve the business over time and provide answer the questions above.
