Place: New Life UMC Fellowship Hall
Cost: $25 per person or $40 per couple
All Proceeds will benefit the
New Life Youth Center Rennovations.

Roasted Garlic Hummus: a blend of chick peas, tahini and rich roasted garlic served with warm flatbread
Black Bean Soup: pureed black beans paired with cocoa and chili peppers served with a chipotle creme fraiche
Tostones: fried green plantains served with a
vinegar-garlic sauce
Sausage Ravioli: Italian Sausage inside handmade pasta covered in a cream sauce
Intermezzo Sorbet: fruit sorbet meant to cleanse the palate before the main course
Pork Tenderloin: roasted tenderloin served with a French demi-glaze
Bread Pudding: traditional bread pudding with banana served with caramel sauce and vanilla ice cream
