Marc Hansen - Ferguson Center Tech Support Manager
Hometown: Hoover, Ala.
Major: Mechanical Engineering
Marc has worked at the Ferg for approximately nine months as part of the Ferg Tech Support team. Beginning this summer, he will take over as Tech Support Manager.
Marc says his favorite things about working at the Ferg are the relationships he's made. He has enjoyed meeting people outside of Engineering and forming relationships with them. While working at the Ferg, Marc says he has learned to work with people from various backgrounds. He says, "By the time you get to senior level in any major,
you see the same people every day, and most of those people have similar
interests and ideals as yourself. So when you work at a place like the Ferg,
that employs every type of student imaginable, you learn to step outside your
bubble and get know and understand different people."

ACUI/NASPA Survey
A few weeks ago, we randomly emailed a select number of UA students a link to the ACUI/NASPA Student Union and Programming Survey. We want as many students as possible to fill it out, so we've sweetened the deal. We're giving away five $100 book scholarships and two $500 scholarships.
