The 2011 Lake County real estate taxes are due this Wednesday, June 6th.

Payments can be made at most local banks, online at www.lakecountyil.gov/treasurer or in person at the Lake County Treasurer's office. Due date office hours are 8:30 am to 7:00 pm. Mailed payments must be postmarked by June 6, 2012.
As of June 7, 2012 all late payments including walk-ins or mailed must include 1 1/2% penalty per month or portion thereof.
