Our children have a shorter life expectancy than we do.

To counteract this, CS4L and B2ten have collaborated to create activeforlife.ca, a site that will help improve the quality of the lives of children as well as their experience in sport and physical activity. It will describe best practices regarding physical literacy and will offer the tools necessary to help children become active for life. Site will be launched the afternoon of Friday, June 10. Read more.

CS4L's Active for Life Gets Social!

If you are a part of the Twitterverse, follow @ActiveForLife. If you are on Facebook, visit our fan page. Social Media will be used to encourage discussion between our champions and supporters, as well as to keep everyone in the loop as to what's new. This is the most efficient way to stay on top of new information, and it will allow you to interact with a community of like-minded parents who are interested in giving their children the best possible start in sport and in life.
