Blanket the Valley Update-Keep them coming!  Thanks to those of you that volunteered and donated btv_girls blanketsblankets and comforters this past weekend. The ones that came in were amazing but we are very short this year.  So many of our families are trying to delay turning on the heat to keep the bills down but they need blanket. If you have a clean one you can spare- we are not picky.

Tickets available for Winter Wishes Auction -17 days to go!  Hope to see you there Nov 3 6-9pm at Mt. Pleasant Golf Club.  Food by Cafe Verde and Tom Golden is again the auctioneer. He was hilarious last year.  The items this year areamazing: Patriots tickets, a hot air balloon ride, hotel stays and tons of wine baskets spa items and jewelry.  Check out the list or donate an item through this link  View the list of items as we add them up until the auction.

Can't make the live auction event? Bid online Nov 4 through 6th.

Magic of Christmas Project: Help Kids to have a warm holiday
Please email Terri or register on line if you'd like to help or want more information.  She'll be happy to answer any questions.  Perhaps you could ask those in your family, your
santa friends, or your company about participating as well.  There are lots of ways to help.  Matching of families should start sometime next week.

For Schools, Daycares, etc.:  Santa's Book Bag Project: We would love to give each child a new book as part of our Christmas gifting this year.  We are hoping some schools or daycare programs might like to have their children donate new  (unwrapped) books for other children as a Christmas gift.  We have some great book titles.   Please email Terri @ terri@thewishproject if interested.

This is great project for groups, schools and companies.

Register to help. sponsor a family for gifts or a senior citizen for a gift bag at: http://thewishproject.org/christmas.html
