Over time, we have come to see that one of the worst enemies to childhood development is often a commonly overlooked issue...fluid iin the middle ear.  Regular tempanograms should be done during the early years in order to identify and treat the problem, rather than dealing with the legacy of the developmental issues that can occur as a result of the chronic fluid.
