Change-Change-Change

OK, fine. It is election time and everyone is promising change. In the meantime, we all have clients to serve, employees to take care of, and vendors and taxes to pay.

What is the only market that is steady in this environment? The US federal government has a $400+ billion budget that it must spend with contractors like you every year, and there is $200+ billion more in BRAC construction going on in your backyard.

Are you successfully selling services or products in this market? You think it is too complicated? Or you have tried and did not see the return you expected? You are not alone as many business people can see this is a market that can be successful, if they only knew the "insider" information.

You can find out that insider information at the Government Contracting Institute. This is a series of in-person classes with an unparalleled team of expert speakers in everything from writing winning proposals to managing contracts effectively (and profitably) to getting a GSA schedule to accounting for government contractors to the really secretive one: security clearances.

These in-person classes are taught by industry experts who have been there, and are successful in doing "that": government contracting.

Classes have been condensed into half-day sessions, to keep your time commitment reasonable and are very reasonably priced-much less than with similar classes offered in surrounding areas. You will receive expert instruction, and a workbook with all of the session materials.

You know you can count on us to give you the tools you need to succeed. And we have the connections to help you short cut the entire learning curve, and business development cycle.

Contact the Howard County Economic Development Authority and Business Development Center (see below)for all of the details and to register. You will be glad you took this step. I will look forward to seeing you there.

Here's to your success!
