"The Moving Wall"

Reminder: Moving Wall Coming to Arlington, Donations, Volunteers Sought

The Town of Arlington is pleased to announce that it has been selected to host "The Vietnam Veterans Memorial Moving Wall" otherwise known as "The Moving Wall" this Patriots' Day Weekend (April 14-18). The Moving Wall is a half-size replica of the Washington DC Vietnam Veterans Memorial and has been touring the country for more than twenty years. The Wall honors those who made the ultimate sacrifice and those Vietnam Veterans who are here with us today. It also educates the public about the sacrifices made during the Vietnam War without having to travel to DC. Many individuals in Town are working hard to make this a successful event, but they need your help. For additional details on this event and how you can make a tax-deductible donation, please visit arlingtonma.gov/veterans.
