for certification under U.S. Green Building Council's LEED® for Homes
program and is pursuing a Platinum rating. It is also seeking a Build
It Green "GreenPoint Rated" Home designation that may become tone of
the first of its kind in Huntington Beach and Orange County, CA. The
property, located in downtown Huntington Beach, CA is just three blocks
from the ocean at 319 21st St. The 3-story home offers 3,213 square
feet with three bedrooms, three full bathrooms and two half bathrooms.
This energy efficient and ecologically built residence will demonstrate
how homeowners can conserve energy and dollars by adopting and
