Wildlife Center Challenge Grant
Thank you wildlife fans! Since alerting you about our financial shortfalls and the potential for closing the Wildlife Center, we've had a positive response. The day after the Grand Rapids press ran its story, we received online donations through our website's giving page. We also received a special challenge grant from an anonymous donor. The donor is willing to match up to $15,000 in new gifts for the Wildlife Center. With your gift and the matching gift, we can reach the goal of $30,000 to fund the Wildlife Center for another year. Please note "Wildlife Center" in the memo line of your check or in the special instructions window on our PayPal web link. Thank you in advance for your concern and generosity!

Eagle Scout Upgrades Trail
Michael Michcoviac, a student at City High and a member of troop 315, earned his Eagle Scout ranking with a project completed at Blandford. Michael cleared our Blue Heron Trail and widened it with woodchips. He also built and installed three boardwalks to re-direct storm and flood water. Next time you're out on the trails, be sure to wander that way to see the new improvements!
