Well, to be completely accurate, they were here.  Then Gail -- our faithful "shipping department" -- shipped 'em out, and now we're waiting for more which should arrive over the weekend.  And then she will sequester herself in the stockroom again, packaging orders for our Understanding the Times conference CD and DVD sets just as fast as she can!  (In other words, we're burning through them like hotcakes!)

We sent out an email immediately after the conference to tell you that you could pre-order your conference albums and many of you did (and those are the orders Gail is working on right now).  But some of you wanted to wait until the sets had been produced and had actually arrived in the office for shipping -- and that time is NOW! 

In case you are riding the fence about whether or not to order your own album from this fall's conference, let me tell you what our friend Elsie, who traveled all the way from Australia to be with us, had to say in a recent email:

"I never dreamed that I would be attending this year's conference in person; it was only a dream in the past.  It was early this year that I decided there is nothing to stop me from going . . .

 

"It was just so wonderful to be there in person and to meet so many wonderful people.  The messages, meeting the speakers in person and just being there was so inspiring. What is also wonderful is that I can share the DVD's with other people through inviting them over to my house in groups, as well as watching some at church or lending them to people to watch at home."

This is a great idea!  Purchase a set and invite friends and neighbors over to watch them and follow up with a lively discussion.  Or, have it on hand to lend out.  Or, purchase an album for your church's library.  Or, purchase them as gifts.  Christmas is on the way and, if the Lord tarries, there is nothing more eternally significant to give than truth from the Word of God!

Connie wrote to us on Facebook and said, "Each year for my birthday, my husband gifts me with the conference CDs so I can listen as I travel and to share them with others."

This is exactly how our message gets spread around the world:  You.  It's a message of warning and a message of hope.  Christians around the world need to be educated, edified, and exhorted about current world events; about our need to contend for the faith that was once delivered to the saints; and about what our future holds. Hear what nearly 8,000 conference attendees heard.
