Mother's day is right around the corner. It's a time to honor our mothers, grandmothers and all the significant caregivers in our lives. I want to honor my mother, Mrs Caroline Taiwo Munis for being a loving, fearless and incredibly encouraging force in my life and in the lives of my three siblings. I want to honor my mother-in-law Mrs Amelia Alabi, for raising the kind and compassionate man I am married to today.

 Breakfast for your Little Champions |

Toluwa, my 2 year old loves this hot breakfast cereal of Roasted Oat Bran smothered with juicy chunky apple sauce. This has been his breakfast for the past couple of months and he shows no signs of tiring of it. I discovered this healthy breakfast combo at, you guessed it, Trader Joes. I love this combo because it makes for a healthy and filling breakfast for my active 2 year old. I also take a bag of these oats to work and nuke in the microwave for breakfast. Instead of apples I toss in some craisins and I'm good to go. Yum!

We were at the Olney Farmers and Artists Market in Olney, Maryland this past weekend and what a wonderful time we had. We got to introduce our products to new customers. We plan on being there every Sunday through the Fall. We would love to see you there!
