Greetings!
In his book Good to Great, Jim Collins points out that the leaders of the best organizations have a tendency to avoid the spotlight. Dan Tully of Merrill Lynch states "It's amazing what you can do when you don't seek all the credit. I find nothing is really one person's idea".

As a business owner, manager or leader, it may be okay to do it all yourself until you reach a certain size, then you need others. This is a decisive moment; it's also a test that many of us fail, so we stop growing. It takes maturity to enlist the help of people who can do certain things better than you, to allow them to excel and get the credit while you rejoice in the knowledge that the job got done well.

Bottom line - If you'd rather be a big fish in a little pond, that's your choice, but if you want to be blessed and live in the ocean - learn to share the credit with others.

Fighting the Winter Blues
Eucalyptus
Aromatherapy
Aromatherapy is derived from two words, aroma - meaning fragrance or smell and therapy - meaning treatment. It is the practice of using essential oils to maintain and promote physical and emotional well-being.
This week we are featuring Eucalyptus essential oil which is great for relieving cold and flu symptoms associated with the winter season. Eucalyptus blends well with: Peppermint, lavender, lemon, and Rosemary.

How to use:
Run a warm bath and add epsom salts and/or dead sea salts. Before soaking in tub and drops of Eucalyptus, Rosemary & Lavender. Enjoy a relaxing soak, while the essential oils clear your stuffy head and soothe your senses.
You can also add a few drops of essential oils to your steam humidier. Your entire room will be filled with the soothing scent of these healing oils.
