About ten years ago, I decided to try a mostly plant-based diet, but found it challenging to make good tasting, well balanced meals at home, especially since I really didn't even like to cook.
(gasp, yes I actually hated cooking!)

One evening, necessity, curiosity and great timing propelled me to show up at my very first raw food prep class in NYC...

Not knowing what to expect, I arrived at the class with just one simple question:

What the heck am I supposed to do with this stuff??

I left class that night inspired and empowered, with a new passion for food, and a new teacher who was about to radically change my life.

And so began my journey towards better health.

Fee covers detailed instruction, demonstration, dinner, printed recipes, and ongoing support.

Please RSVP (via email or phone) by 10 PM on Sunday prior to the Wednesday class you'd like to attend. You will receive a reply within 24 hours to confirm your attendance.
