Enchanted Evenings~ Cultivate your own style of self-expression as we engage you to imagine, interact, heal and dance into your dreams. Celebrate life with an ecstatic Yogic Dance of Liberation.
Conscious Cleansing Foods~ Your meals will be comprised of simple, naturally delicious, nutritious, freshly prepared cleansing tonics, enlivening juices, satisfying soups and smoothies, comforting broths, and big raw salads. All will be prepared with the freshest, seasonal, organic ingredients available and infused with our most loving intentions.
Healing Sessions~ Receive reflexology with reiki and pure essential oils. Take a journey into personal healing through self-love. Slip away from your demands and let go for a weekend. Immerse in the vibration of Spring and revive the Divine Spirit that resides within You.

When Is This Happening? Very soon! Plan to arrive on the afternoon of Friday, March 30th and stay thru late afternoon on Sunday, April 1st, 2012.
Where Are We Staying? The Galiana Retreat Sanctuary, in upstate New York. Attend to indulge in the serene nature of the Retreat House, relax in the sauna, take a walk on the trails outside, and create bonds within a like-minded group.
What To Bring? Not too much. Pack your most comfortable cozy clothes for the season, walking shoes, slippers, your bath towel, personal toiletries, journal and pens, a book to two, your favorite pillow, anything that helps you feel grounded. Bring a yoga mat or let us know if you need to borrow one.
Reservations Required~ Please RSVP by March 9th if you'd like to attend. A 50% deposit will reserve your space, with balance due by March 16th. Don't delay! Retreats are limited to small groups and may fill up fast.
