Book Signing for South Carolina Mystery Author Jay Mims
 Greenville, SC, September 24, 2012 - South Carolina mystery author Jay Mims will be signing copies of his new novel, The Cult of Koo Kway (Staccato, paperback, $14.99), at Fiction Addiction on Saturday, October 20th, from 2-4pm.
Dan Landis is back, this time on the case of the mysterious Cult of Koo Kway. He rescues a blonde, finds a body in his kitchen, and is in a race to find a mysterious killer. It's all in a day's work for everyone's favorite dashing detective.
Picking up right where The Five Santas left off, The Cult of Koo Kway continues the misadventures of reluctant investigator Dan Landis and company. Murder, intrigue, the Gullah people, and fuzzy handcuffs await. And brace yourselves, because a storm is coming.
 Jay Mims lives about two miles past nowhere, after you turn off the paved road. When he's not catching up on episodes of Scarecrow and Mrs. King, he writes, mainly to stave off boredom.
In addition to somewhat eclectic tastes in television and movies, Jay reads voraciously. He enjoys compelling stories with strong characters, and will gladly read anything from comic books to steam punk, Harlequin romance to Kenneth C. Davis's fantastic history books.
Jay enjoys long walks through the countryside, laughing with friends, and learning to draw something better than stick figures. His dearest ambition is to personally thank Janet Evanovich for proving that fast-talking characters can be charming and goofy simultaneously.
