Book Signing for North Carolina Author Art Ramsay  

Greenville, SC, April 9, 2012 - North Carolina author Art Ramsay will be signing copies of the first book in his Wisdom Stone Trilogy, Seven Stones of Wisdom (Rampart, paperback, $16.95), at Fiction Addiction on Friday, May 4th, from 4-6pm. 

An adventure into the human spirit racing a ticking clock and determined adversaries. Hidden at Sacred Sites centuries ago, powerful Wisdom Stones are awaiting discovery to release their energy. Each stone has a message of planetary significance to reveal and to set in motion spiritual transformation; seven sacred sites to explore, seven messages to transform humankind.

Art Ramsay's current practice involves working as a Minister of Peace, a Spiritual (Peace) Coach, and seminar facilitator. He has studied and practiced Spiritual Principles for twenty years and brings those experiences to his writing. Through Art's work with people over the years, he has found that there are certain aspects of the human psyche that bring stress and a great deal of despair to our daily lives. His writing reflects bringing the awareness of those aspects to his readers in a way that promotes transformation, and incorporating what works in their lives. If, through reading his books, a person's life is touched in a way that allows inner reflection, then he feels he has achieved his purpose.

 

In his first book of fiction, Seven Stones of Wisdom, Art brings forth seven spiritual principles that if applied to our everyday experience, would change us forever. By creating a book of fiction, he believes that people can be made aware of spiritual principles in a fun and interesting way. Following characters in a book is a way to see how those characters' lives change through applying what they become aware of in the story.

 

The second book of the Wisdom Stone Trilogy, The Tibetan Wisdom Code, is also available.

 

Art lives in Asheville, North Carolina, amongst the beautiful Smoky and Appalachian Mountains with his wife Dee, their dog Shelby, and cat Hopi. He loves hiking in the beautiful mountains and kayaking in the lakes nearby, and enjoying a close connection to nature and Mother Earth.
