you will forget the pose, and then where are you?"

CLUTTERED LIFE, CLUTTERED MIND!!The changing of the seasons is the beauty of New England. It gives us a reminder that things are changing. Are you? Nothing is wrong with what you have as long as it still serves you. It's a reflection of who you are
and how you choose to live. Physical and emotional clutter gets in the
way of your relationships, your happiness and your health. It's hard to
move. It's hard to focus and stay motivated.
All the things we keep around us are a reflection of our lives. The good, bad and the ugly. So it stands to reason that we should not hold on to the Bad and the Ugly!!! So why do we? We are slow to release what is past and slow to embrace what is coming.
Clutter is not just about the stuff! It is an indication that there some things that are unresolved
about our lives and we can't let go. We accumulate to fill the space that we're convinced is fillable. Whether the clutter and disorganization is situational, meaning caused
by an event or series of events or it's always been a challenge, it's
important to know that you are not alone.
Clearing away the stuff helps you clear away the patterns of thought
and the behaviors that prevent you from living the way you want.
Closets are one of the most commonly disorganized spaces in the house.
There never seems to be enough room to hold all your "stuff". And as
you accumulate more "stuff" as the years go by, the problem just seems
to get worse.
Here are a few simple things you can do to take back control of your closet...
