NEW ULT90
Ultra Low Freezer Validation System
The ULT90 is an ultra-low temperature freezer validation system. It can be used to perform validations, mapping, stabilization studies and temperature surveys.
The ULT90 is a solution for freezers of all sizes and configurations. It includes N.I.S.T. calibrated Cryo-Temp data loggers, a USB docking station, MadgeTech's Secure FDA 21 CFR Part 11 software and IQ/OQ/PQ validation protocols. The ULT90 can be fully customized to include user-specified quantities of each item in the system to accommodate specific applications.
The Cryo-Temp data logger can measure and record temperatures as low as -86°C and is splash resistant. To provide data integrity, and meet the requirements of FDA 21 CFR Part 11, the secure software includes electronic signatures, access codes, a secure data file and an audit trail.
For large freezers the software can graph datasets from multiple loggers to show variances in different parts of the freezer. This can reveal air stratification, hot spots and anomalies in chilling systems.
The ULT90 is available with 9 Cryo-Temps (ULT90-9), 15 Cryo-Temps (ULT90-15) or the system can be completely customized to meet the validation needs of a specific freezer (ULT90-Custom).

MadgeTech Releases The EggTemp
An Egg Temperature Data Logger
MadgeTech's EggTemp is specifically designed to measure and record the temperature of eggs during shipping, storage and incubation. The logger thermally responds to an environment the same way a real egg does, simulating the temperature experience of the actual product.
The EggTemp is submersible and can measure temperatures up to 50ºC. It has a user replaceable battery, that typically lasts up to 1 year. The nonvolatile memory can hold up to 32,767 readings and will retain data even if the battery becomes discharged.
MadgeTech's data logger software offers an easy way to analyze data. Data can be viewed in Celsius or Fahrenheit, and in graph, summary or data formats. For further analysis data can also be exported to Excel®.
The EggTemp is priced at $149 and is available in a temperature and humidity version, EggTemp-RH and as a system, EGMS.

The VTMS
Vaccine Temperature Monitoring System
MadgeTech's Vaccine Temperature Monitoring System (VTMS) is ideal for the continuous measurement and data logging of temperature sensitive vaccines or pharmaceuticals in refrigerators, freezers, and coolers. The system includes a N.I.S.T. traceable TCTemp2000 data logger with thermocouple, Glycol bottle and a power supply. Additionally, the TCTemp2000 data logger in the VTMS system has a convenient LCD to ensure temperature parameters are met, in real time. The current reading, minimum, maximum and average statistics can all be obtained through the display.
In the real-time chart recording mode the VTMS can alert the user, or other personnel, via e-mail or text message if the refrigerator has failed, or if the temperature is outside of the nominal range. This allows users to take immediate actions to ensure vaccines and pharmaceuticals in storage are not destroyed. To prevent false alarms, the TCTemp2000 is connected to a Glycol bottle which provides temperature buffered readings.
