Thermal Shield for the HiTemp150
 The recent nationwide recall of salmonella tainted nut products has increased the demand for data loggers within the nut industry.
MadgeTech has responded to the demand by developing the HiTemp150-TS, a submersible thermal enclosure for the HiTemp150 data logger. This durable shield can withstand temperatures up to 250ºC (482ºF), making it ideal for monitoring and recording the high temperatures of blanching and oil roasting nuts. Although this product was created for the nut industry, it is versatile, and can be used in other applications such as autoclave validation, food processing and conveyor oven monitoring. It can also be placed directly in oil to validate deep frying processes.The HiTemp150-TS is easy to use, simply open the enclosure, insert the HiTemp150, thread the probe through the end cap and latch it back onto the barrier body. The HiTemp150-TS is priced at $99.00 for the enclosure, or it can be purchased as a kit, HiTemp150-TSK which includes the thermal shield and a HiTemp150 data logger for $549.00.

QuadThermoVault
Four Channel Oven Temperature Profiler
Oven temperature profiling should be performed on a regular basis to ensure that product quality remains consistent over time. Oven profiling aids in providing a controlled environment, and helps to identify temperature inconsistencies.
The QuadThermoVault is a four channel oven temperature profiler. The stainless steel enclosure is thermally insulated to withstand extreme temperatures. The QuadThermoVault acquires data using four thermocouples that send readings back to a data logger within the enclosure. The device accepts thermocouple types J, K, T, E, R, S, B, and N.
The QuadThermoVault can aid in validating the dry roasting process by verifying that ovens are heating to the correct temperatures. The device can also be used in general applications such as in powder coating curing ovens, wet coating cure ovens, batch ovens and conveyor ovens.
The QuadThermoVault is priced at $1499.00, and is also available in a single channel version called the ThermoVault for $999.00.

150°C Temperature Data Logger with a 1" Probe
The Temp1000S is a submersible high temperature data logger with a 1" rigid probe. It can measure and record up to 150°C, and can hold up to 32,767 readings.
This durable device has a stainless steel enclosure and is ideal for use in nut processing, dishwasher testing, R&D, food processing and autoclave validation.
Using the MadgeTech software, data can be downloaded and viewed in Celsius, Fahrenheit, Kelvin, and Rankine. The software can also calculate the Mean Kinetic Temperature and Pasteurization units.
