Machinery On/Off Data Logger
The Motor101 measures and records on and off status changes for motors and other equipment drawing up to 200 Amps. The state change occurs when the current switch exceeds the 150mA set point. This allows for most basic equipment to be monitored.
The current switch monitors whether there is current passing through the clamped wire. When the current exceeds 150mA's, the output changes and provides a voltage for the Motor101 to measure.
All data is date and time stamped and the duration of the on or off status is also provided.
The Motor101 can measure and record up to 32,767 state changes, but memory will only be used if the status has changed. The device can be programmed to check for status changes every 1 second, up to once every 12 hours.
The Motor101 is available as a system called the Motor101-C, which includes the data logger, current switch and IFC200 interface cable for $249.00. The data logger can also be purchased alone, the Motor101-NC, for $199.00.

Thermal Barrier System
The ThermoVault1000 is a stainless steel thermal barrier for use with the Temp1000P and the Temp1000FP. This durable enclosure is submersible and can withstand temperatures up to 350ºC (230ºC with o-ring).

Temp1000P
Cooking and Cool Down Logger with Piercing Probe
The Temp1000P is a submersible cooking and cool down temperature data logger. This stainless steel device features a 7" piercing probe for measuring and recording data deep within a product.
The Temp1000P is used in conjunction with MadgeTech's data logger software to automatically calculate lethality equations, and to flag HACCP cooling points within the data. The software can also be used to calculate cool down rates.
