Therm·A·lert
Temperature Notification System
MadgeTech's new Therm·A·lert temperature monitoring and alarming system is designed specifically for refrigerators, freezers, and incubators. The system can be used to monitor a single temperature location or be expanded to include multiple locations in a building by adding additional transmitters. The system offers notification of temperature deviations to record detailed time stamped files for archiving.
Data is received from a temperature transmitter programmed to record at user set intervals and can be graphed automatically to a PC, alarms can be sent via text message or e-mail.
Therm·A·lert is a battery powered, miniature wireless temperature transmitter. Most popular is the RFRTDTemp101A with an RTD measuring device and can include the probe mounted in a miniature bottle filled with ethylene glycol. In this way a temperature "buffered" reading is taken minimizing false alarms. The glycol bottle is available in three sizes, 30ml, 60ml or 250ml (all pictured above).

150°C Submersible Autoclave Data Logger with Probe
The HiTemp150 is a
rugged, submersible, temperature data logger which can be used
to record temperatures between -40 and 150°C. It can record up to 32,767 temperature readings.
The device features a 2" rigid external probe and is designed for use in harsh environments, such as autoclaves. The device can be started and stopped directly from a computer, and its real time clock ensures that all the data is time and date stamped. The storage medium is non-volatile solid state memory, providing maximum data security even if the battery becomes discharged.
The HiTemp150 is also available in a version with a flexible probe, called the HiTemp150FP. It comes with a standard 24" flexible silicone rubber enclosed cable, 4" penetration style stainless steel probe, and 316 stainless steel body (other cable and probe lengths available through special order).
Thi HiTemp150 and HiTemp150FP are both priced at $499. In combination with the MadgeTech Secure Software the package is an economical autoclave validation system.

Cryo-Temp
-86°C Water Resistant Dry Ice Temperature Logger
 The Cryo-Temp is an ultra low
temperature data logger that can withstand and monitor temperatures as low as -86°C, making it ideal for dry ice and ultra low freezer monitoring.
The enclosure is designed with a
handle for easy attachment and is splash proof. The device utilizes a USB docking station to communicate with a personal computer*. The Cryo-Temp
provides date and time stamped
temperature readings and uses the MadgeTech Data Logging Software.
The MadgeTech software enables users to view the Cryo-Temp
data in graphical or tabular form. High and low alarm limits and high and low warning limits can be programmed through the software. Users can set the alarm limits in the range required for the goods to be maintained. The Cryo-Temp also allows users to set warning limits to alert when the temperature is nearing a high or low alarm limit, so that proper action can be taken to ensure the integrity of the goods.
