As I write this the lunar eclipse of August 16th hasn't yet occurred.  I'm feeling pushed, and pulled, and stretched and poked and prodded. . . You get the idea.  What has been helping me through this process is the understanding that "this too shall pass".  I know that these physical and emotional pains that are surfacing are coming up to be transmuted.

Being in the mist/midst of this chaos isn't fun.  I've been meditating every day and that eases some of the effects of this transmutation.

I encourage you to find a meditation practice as it will assist you in the times to come.  Change can be difficult or graceful.  Why am I not choosing grace in this moment?  Good question.  I think it's time to change my mind.

Rhythm of The Earth Equinox Celebration

A "harmonic convergence" of sorts is happening at Lake Harriet Spiritual Community for their Autumnal Equinox observation.  LHSC is blending their Equinox Ritual with "The Rhythm of Love" seasonal Drum Jam held by Gary Chisholm.  The LHSC Ministerial Guides will be participating in the ritual, which is being co-created with former Ministerial Guide, Steven Johnson.  Bringing it all together will be one of the perennial favorite bands at LHSC, Hot Monkey Love.

Grandfather's Wisdom

Many teachers have come to your planet telling you that what you think you create.  That is true.  You yourself have struggled with and chastised yourself for having particular thoughts.  I encourage you to notice your thoughts and not  to judge them.  It is through judging yourself that you miscreate.  It is in judgement that you create torment for yourself.   

Your mind will always be thinking.  That is what it was designed to do.  The ego keeps you in process through judgement.  Allow the breath to move through you and your thinking to move through you and you will start creating more from peace than from ego.

Bigger really is better! I have been reminded recently to start thinking bigger.  Many times my thoughts don't go beyond the next bill I have to pay.  I recognize that that is limied thinking.  So now my new mantra is Think Bigger!
