Reminders from "The Ridge" |
| "Save Lids to Save Lives" Program still needs your help. |
 Shadow Ridge PTA is participating in the Yoplait "Save Lids to Save Lives" program.
Just look for the pink lids on packages of Yoplait yogurt and smoothies, and send the washed lids into school. For every lid received, Yoplait will donate 10 cents to Susan G. Komen for the Cure, up to $1.5 million - with a guaranteed donation of at least $500,000.
Lids will be collected in the SRMS cafeteria through the end of November. This is a chance for each of us to take part in the fight against breast cancer. Working together, one lid at a time, we can get there. |

Where: Flower Mound High School Gym
Cost: $30 (includes a t-shirt-first registered first served)
Who is Eligible: All Girls
*Students will be separated into different groups by grade*
*Attendees will be performing in the Gym @noon
*Don't forget to bring your camera!
**Receipt of your payment guarantees you a place in the camp and is non-refundable**

Adults aren't the only ones at risk for heart disease, stroke and other cardiovascular diseases: increasingly, children are at risk too. That is why the American Heart association is working to help children and families live heart-healthy lives.
