Dog's Quirkiness Inspires Career for Trainer

 

Greg and Ernie

Greg Raub has always been fascinated by his dog Ernie's behavior, even his unpredictability and quirkiness. It led him to enroll in the AnimalSense Academy (now CanineLink). Now that Greg has been working with dogs for a while, he says he finds inspiration in the bond between dogs and owners. "I see the pride owners take in working with their dogs," says Greg.

The Junior Trainer's favorite skill to teach is "Stay". "Most dog owners appreciate how hard this can be for dogs. So, when a dog can hold a long stay, I think it's a great training success!" said Greg.
