There are many exciting developments currently underway at Open Plan Systems! All have an impact on quoting, designing, marketing and how various documents "look." Our Territory Managers will be in contact to follow-up and field questions or concerns. We appreciate your business and loyalty!

Business Software Conversion
We are in the process of upgrading to a new Business Software package that we feel is going to improve our processes and increase our efficiency. Our goal is for this to be as seamless as possible to our dealers, but we do want to make you aware of a few changes that you will see over the next 30 days.
Currently, our Open Order Link gives you the ability to see the current status of your order, when it is due to ship and any necessary information you may need. You will still have all of this information available to you, but the appearance and terminology will be slightly different.

With our current Approval System, all orders that are over $2,500 are sent out for dealers to review prior to entering the order in production. This process will stay in place but you can expect that you will get your order approval links within 24 hours of placing your order.
One of the biggest changes that our dealers will see is that with our new system you will get a separate quote, order, and invoice number. While at first this will be a big change, all of these items are linked together.

Our number one priority is to offer a quality product in the most efficient manner possible along with offering the best customer service available. Please do not hesitate to reach out to us with any questions/concerns that you may have.

Price Increase
Effective June 1st. Open Plan Systems will enact the following price increases: 
Existing pricing provided by OPS will be honored through May 31, 2011. Effective June 1st 3% will be added to quotes dated prior to June 2011. Quotes dated after June 1, 2011 will reflect new pricing. All orders after June 30, 2011 will be based off of the new pricing. The new list pricing is available on our webpage in the dealer log-in section under pricing. The 3% increase will not apply to OPS seating, pedestals or laterals and the OPS2 Tiles. 

The price increase does not apply to GSA orders.

Fuel Surcharge Elimination June 1, 2011
Due to the decrease in the cost of fuel, effective 6/1/2011, the fuel surcharge will be eliminated. If fuel prices increase in the future, we will advise accordingly.

20/20 Giza Update
We have updated our 20-20 CAP and Giza libraries with our new pricing and in-stock case goods. This library will be available on June 1st via an internal web update. Keep in mind that the information we are providing is for our best dealer clients and should not be shared with others as the official 20-20 release date is not until late June. New Marketing Materials
We are currently reviewing our Product Guide for a total marketing makeover that should be complete by mid-summer. In the meantime, we have a supplement that is available through your Territory Manager or Customer Service Representative. It provides renderings of our tile system, modular wall and case goods with general end-user pricing. With so many new product introductions, we felt the "suggested pricing" would be helpful. The 2011 Supplement is available on our website, in the dealer log-in, under the literature tab.
