ODE Magazine, now called the Intelligent Optimist, featured PSYCH-K and PER-K founder, Rob Williams last month.
In the interview, Rob talks about the power of subconscious beliefs on all areas of our lives, personal and professional.
The goal is to discover the self-limiting beliefs an individual might subconsciously hold and then transform them into beliefs that are positive and supportive. "You can repeat affirmations until you are blue in the face," Williams says. "It seldom makes any difference. Most of the time it's not about positive thinking. It's not about, 'Oh, cancel. I don't want that thought.' You already had the thought. So until you change the basic software of the subconscious, your hard drive (your life), won't change."

We had glorious fall weather for our annual PSYCH-K Practice and Potluck. Thank you to everyone who came for the delicious fare and the delightful company. Laughter and balances were abound and we are already looking forward to next year.
I received lots of great feedback and will be creating a variety of new offerings as a result. Stay Tuned... One item that was raised over and again was the desire for more practice opportunities so I encourage you to reconnect with the folks you took your workshops with and invite them to join you for a session. I am also happy and grateful to share the following.
