In the spirit of evolution, this newsletter has evolved along with me.I used to send you information about upcoming PSYCH-KŪ events, specials and success stories via email. A dear friend has encouraged me to get with the times so I have embarked on a new learning curve to learn the ins and outs of Constant Contact. This newsletter will focus on what is happening in the world of BELIEFS, BELIEF CHANGE and PSYCH-KŪ with a tendency toward local events and offers. It will come out 6-8 times per year and it is my hope that you'll find it supportive, informative and fun. I've included a section for something visual. This time around it is the portrait that Kim McElroy did of my mare Grace. Many of you have heard me tell stories about this amazing horse and after doing a VAK to Grace, these are the visuals that appeared. I have fun with VAK's as you can tell and encourage you to do the same. I'm also a collector of quotes. They are an integral part of my newsletters. I find them inspiring and a great source of fabulous belief statements to balance for. Nudge, nudge, wink, wink.
