 | | Portal of Grace | I normally share a photograph here but I just had to show you the soul essence portrait my dear friend Kim McElroy recently completed of Grace. This is just a quick photo and not a proper scan but even so, it takes my breath away.

| Greetings!
Welcome to the new year and a new look for Chiron's Way. The website should be ready in a couple of weeks but I just couldn't wait to share a taste with you here.
In the spirit of evolution, the newsletter and site are evolving along with me. You'll notice new taglines which reflect the direction my work and life have been moving, with the horses and beyond.
There are so many things to share, so let's begin...

Messages From the Herd There seems to be something in the air about this new year. A sense of optimism and hope.
When I went out to feed the horses on the night of January 1st, I was greeted by a dark sky alight with bright stars. I walked down to the barn looking up at the night, trying to recognize constellations and wondering where I might find the centaur Chiron. As if to say "I'm right here!", my Chiron nickered when I approached.
I rummaged through the barn, looking for apples to add to the piles of hay. When I joined the horses back under the stars, I rested my back against Grace, once again looking skyward. It was cold so our breath mingled into a billowy cloud. I watched it float upward. As I did, the biggest shooting star I've ever seen blazed across the sky right in front of me. I closed my eyes as quickly as I could, wishing my wishes and offering my dreams. When I opened my eyes, the star was gone - but I was so excited. What an incredible sight. "Oh Grace!" I exclaimed. "Did you see that wishing star?" Grace raised her head, taking me in with her deep beautiful eyes. I looked back and noticed how the star on her forehead seemed particularly bright. "Oh, of course," I whispered, as I gently touched my finger to the white spot on her face ... "You are my wishing star." She gave me a gentle nudge with her head and went back to the apples

What's New?
C+B=A CONCEIVE + BELIEVE = ACHIEVE This is my new success formula. It begins with CONCEIVE - the idea, the goal, the dream. When we add BELIEF, particularly belief at the subconscious level of mind, our ability to actualize and ACHIEVE our goals increases exponentially. I've seen this over and again with myself and with others. It has become the foundation of how I approach my life, with my horses, my family and with my clients. The results have been phenomenal. The new website will be sharing great success formula stories, so stay tuned!

| Upcoming Workshops....
In October, I became certified to teach the Advanced Level of PSYCH-KŪ and the PSYCH-KŪ Professionals Course. At this time I am the only Canadian Instructor teaching these classes so I'm going on the road. It'd be great to see you if I'm in your neighbourhood. PSYCH-KŪ is an integral factor in the BELIEVE portion of the success formula above.
I've also been asked if I'll offer some of my Equine Guided Development Programs in a mentorship format for one or two people. I agreed so I'm off to France later this year - a dream come true.
There will be some new offerings on this year's calendar and some familiar favourites. Please check the workshop schedule if you're interested in learning more.
