U. S. Residential Group Adds Connecticut and Texas Multifamily Properties

U.S. Residential Group, Inc. - a full-service, fee-based multifamily management company - has been retained to manage over 900 units in three market-rate communities located in Connecticut and Texas.

A private real estate investor with over 7,700 units located across the United States has recently acquired a 1970's vintage, 214 unit apartment community located in East Haven, Connecticut. This asset will be repositioned after undergoing a substantial rehab.

In addition, we have been engaged by a special servicer to manage two Houston area REO properties totaling over 730 units. For each community, we will undertake and complete a comprehensive program to analyze and assess the condition of the property and property operations, including a lease audit, life-safety assessment, a market analysis and a detailed 12-month budget. With this information, U.S. Residential Group will provide the special servicer guidance on how best to maximize proceeds to investors.
