5 More Texas Multifamily Properties for U. S. Residential Group

U.S. Residential Group, Inc. - a full-service, fee-based multifamily management company - has been retained to manage over 1,200 units in five market-rate communities located in the Dallas and Houston areas of Texas.

Two of the properties are located in the Dallas area and are owned by unrelated real estate investment groups. One is a value-add play on the acquisition of an '80's vintage foreclosure property, and the other, also an '80's vintage, will be undergoing a rehab for repositioning.

The remaining three properties are all REO management assignments located in Houston. The client is a CMBS special servicer and the properties were built in the '60's,'70's and '80's.
