U. S. Residential Group Adds 3,100 Units in Texas, California, Florida & Alabama

U.S. Residential Group, Inc. - a full-service, fee-based multifamily management company - has recently added nine conventional and affordable multifamily properties totaling over 3,100 units to its portfolio.

Six properties are REO management assignments that came from one of the country's largest special servicers of CMBS loans. Of the six communities, five are located in Texas with four in Houston and one in the DFW Area. Another property is located in Anniston, AL.

The two other properties, located near Palm Springs, California, are affordable communities layered with multiple housing programs. Both properties are owned by a LIHTC developer.

Lastly, a real estate investment group acquired a community in Venice, FL, and engaged us to manage the property and assist them with a substantial rehab program.
