U. S. Residential Group's Growth Continues with 5 Multifamily Properties in Alabama, Tennessee and Texas

U.S. Residential Group, Inc. - a full-service, fee-based multifamily management company - has been awarded the management contracts on 5 apartment communities totaling 1,270 units in Alabama, Tennessee and Texas.

The properties include: Vintage at Madison Crossing, located in Huntsville, Alabama; Vintage at the Parke, located in the Nashville suburb of Murfreesboro, Tennessee; Vintage at Legacy, located in the Dallas suburb of Frisco, Texas; Aventerra, located in Dallas, Texas; and, Summit on the Lake, located in Ft. Worth, Texas. The "Vintage" communities were constructed within the last decade. Aventerra and Summit on the Lake were built in the '70's and 80's, respectively, and have been subsequently rehabbed.
