U.S. Residential Group, Inc. - a full-service, fee-based multifamily management company with corporate offices in Texas, California and Connecticut - has been awarded the management contracts on 6 apartment communities totaling over 600 units in the New Haven area of Connecticut.

The properties include 200 Fountain and Liberty Building located in New Haven, 278 Main located in West Haven, Autumn Ridge located in East Haven, and Dogwood Hills and Hamden Centre located in Hamden.

Our Wallingford, Connecticut office will oversee operations at these sites.
