U. S. Residential Group Expands into New Jersey with Affordable and Conventional Multifamily Properties

1118 Adams Street is a 90 unit affordable housing tax credit community that was built in 2005. The property consists of 2 and 3 bedroom units, each with 2 bathrooms. There is an interior courtyard with a playground area, and covered parking is available.

800 Madison is a 217 unit luxury market rate community that was built in 2008. Residents can choose from 1, 2, or 3 bedroom floor plans. Amenities include granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, wood plank floors, 9 foot ceilings, as as well as an interior courtyard with a pool, fire pit and grill, a fitness center, a fully furnished clubroom, rooftop decks and covered parking.
